Virginia born and Southern California raised, this perennial self-obsessed 70's style singing sensation is a gem of Italian and Latin descent with a Super Star sized ego to match! He oozes sex appeal and his hips generate more thrust than a Saturn V Apollo rocket. Guys want to be like him and Ladies want to be with him. Never at a loss for words, he chimes, "We're not this way because we're in a Disco band. We're in a Disco band because we're this way. I figured out when I was a kid that I could be ugly, be in a Disco band and still turn on the chicks!"
This lead vocalist is always a ham, always funny but never modest, "I may not be virtuous but I am proud of my humility."
Like pop music pioneers before him the lead singing Leapin' Leon is a self-proclaimed originator and emancipator for ALL live 70's disco bands. And his Kung Fu fighting persona and stage antics are legendary. His presence intensifies crowds everywhere. The hyperactive singer recites poetry, too. He rattles, "We're outrageous and contagious. Every time I hit the stage I'm like a load of dynamite. There's nothing better than jammin' with the boys on an uptown Saturday night! Ow baby!"
